Project Name: NHS Eye Pavilion Refurbishment
Description: We carried out a full design and client monitoring role in the refurbishment of the Ophthalmology (eye) Theatre and prep rooms within the existing premises. This work included replacing the mechanical and electrical systems such as the air handling units to meet the Scottish Health Technical Memoranda (SHTM) standards for operating theatres. As well as meeting the regulatory standards, the scheme included compliance with the SHTM accompanying guidance. The building remained operational during the works, reducing possible disruption to the NHS and those using the services.
