Description : Existing building within the centre of town being fully refurbished changing the sleabing arrangement to individual student rooms with en-suites.

Project Scope : Horizon provided full detailed design and provided client monitoring role during the construction phase. Working within the confines of the existing building was difficult especially when issues with the existing services installation were uncovered during the works which needed correcting.
